| To apply to attend the Summer 2008 Camp |
We
want to make it easy for you to apply for camp, so we have set up several ways for you to get our our application form, fill it out, and return it to us. You may either: (1) Apply online. To apply now, click here and our application form will open on your screen, fill it out, then click submit at the bottom of that page and your application will be sent to us automatically. When you have filled it out, you may wish to print or save it to your computer before you press submit, so you'll have a copy of what you told us. (2) Apply by email. Download the application form to your computer, fill it out on the screen, save it to your computer, then email the completed form to: application@tucamp.org. - to download the application form as a Word DOC file click here - to download the application form as a TXT file click here (3) Apply by postal mail. Open the application form on your computer now by clicking here, print it, fill it out by hand and mail it to us at: TU Tri-State Conservation & Fishing Camp c/o Suzanne Malone P.O.
